I am just beyond excited to share my first Intimate Maternity Portrait Session. I actually met this lovely lady while on a date night with my husband. She has an amazing voice and was the singer at a local lounge. I noticed she was pregnant so I inquired about doing Maternity Portraits for her. Turns out her due date was approaching a lot faster than we had anticipated. Finding a date to do it in was tricky, but we managed to squeeze in this session just one week before her due date. Doesn’t she look absolutely fantastic! She specified her wishes of doing an intimate maternity session, so I planned out all the details for her from wardrobe to location.
We ended up shooting the session in my guest room as we needed a space that was comfortable and intimate. Plus I knew the moody lighting in this room would be perfection! We ended up shooting a mini session. However, what we captured in a short amount of time was just so beautiful! She absolutely rocked this session out and now I need all the intimate maternity clients to come calling on me! I love the palette, the light, the timelessness of this whole session! Although I can’t share everything, here are a few of my favorites that my client was comfortable with me using and sharing in my portfolio. I hope you enjoy!
