Being in Las Vegas, I get a lot of inquiries from out of town guests who are traveling to Las Vegas and want to get some Family Portraits. It’s actually quite surprising to me how many people actually do this. I always just assumed people would get portraits in their home town. However, its opened up a whole new awesome world to me where I get to meet amazing people all across the globe. The Toppe Family called me from Canada inquiring about a session while they were here for the summer in Las Vegas. I have to admit I was very hesitant to do the session because Vegas summers can be pretty brutal. Plus, I have been taking a lot of time off to spend with my own children while they are out of school. I am so glad, though, that I decided to move forward with booking the Toppe Family. Plus we have really lucked out with our temperatures being in the low 100’s and even 90’s in recent days compared to our usual 115’s. We timed out there session perfectly and I love all the amazing summer colors in their portrait session. Did I mention how much fun they were to work with? I definitely took way more photographs than normal. Here are just a few of my favorites. Enjoy!
