The Leal Family is no stranger to my camera. I had the pleasure of doing their family portraits about two years back. If you know me at all, you will know that I absolutely love big families! So, when mom called again to say that she just had identical twin girls and wanted to get in for a newborn session, I jumped right on it. These little angels were so tiny and sweet. They felt like little feathers in my arms. They were very awake and alert for a good part of their session so we finally wrapped them up tight so I could pose them together for a few shots and they were as content as could be.
I probably could have posed them all day if I was a studio photographer. There is just something about lifestyle sessions that I love. Mom was hesitant to even get in the shots to begin with, but after a little convincing, she decided to go with it and afterward told me how happy she was that she did. Its not always easy getting in front of the camera after you have a baby. So many emotions and mamas feel tired and drained, but these memories are priceless.
